Heidi Milch, LMSW, is the founding and current Executive Director of P.I.E. Analytics, established in 2016. She began her career working in international telecommunications in Washington, D.C. and Miami, FL before returning to her hometown of Buffalo, NY to complete her Masters degree in Social Work.

Heidi has 20+ years of experience in clinical social work, specifically in the area of child abuse prevention, family preservation and youth development. She is also an executive with 15+ years of organizational leadership and program development experience for community organizations. Heidi has effectively built and led high performing teams, managed budgets, streamlined and improved systems and processes, engaged and managed stakeholder relationships, consistently evaluating and improving upon outcomes.
