Brandi Collins

brandiIn her role as Quality Improvement Coordinator Brandi provides client centered coaching, technical assistance and design of data-driven quality improvement to support organizations improve services and effect positive outcomes. Her background in coalition building and community organization provide a foundation for a collaborative approach and mindset of empowerment through a transfer of skills and a focus on sustainability. Previous experience in the evaluation department at CCNY allows Brandi to have a detailed perspective regarding how organizations incorporate operationalization of data collection and data analysis to improve and measure outcomes at the forefront of planning. Experience with direct care for individuals receiving services through OPWDD, OMH and DOH lend a knowledge base to support many organizations with unique needs and various levels of regulatory oversight and grant reporting requirements.
