In her role as Grants Manager with CCNY, Inc., Andrea Minor is responsible for managing and supporting the grants requirement and implementation. Andrea works with Foundations, Evaluation Teams and Subject Matter Experts to guide the fiscal and administrative management of grants.

Andrea has 18+ years of experience implementing process improvement through Lean Six Sigma in many varied professional settings, including community, government, healthcare delivery systems and manufacturing.
