Under the Vendor Services Development Initiative, CCNY portioned out funding to provide some area Care Coordination agencies with laptop computers, for easy portability, and real-time capturing of all their assigned family’s data, such as the Child & Family Team meeting minutes, Assessments, Plans of Care, and Crisis Plans, as well as for connecting those same families to the broader vendor network via the vendor search software. |
CCNY supports several human services programs in developing evaluation plans, quality system improvements, training, curriculum development, and technical assistance.
