Quality Improvement (Q.I.) for the Human Service Provider

We believe it should be a team-based process; we will assist you in developing the infrastructure within your agency to support it. Q.I. goes beyond grant reporting requirements; it is a tool to translate data into best practices. For example, after process mapping your services, we will begin to reveal the relationships between the agency's processes and its outcomes.
