Minimum Qualifications: College degree required. Minimum one year experience in administrative support role; strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; computer skills; bilingual preferred.
This position is part time (20-24 hours per week) with benefits.
Duties include:
- Organize and maintain all vendor contracts (includes timelines and renewals, necessary paperwork and documentation and file maintenance)
- Responsible for managing/maintaining all office equipment and supplies
Develop, Manage and maintain all policies and procedures manuals for Community Connections of NY - Participate in various vendor recruitment activities as needed
- Assist in the organization/coordination of vendor recruitment and retention events
- Assist in the preparation of reports to various stakeholders
- Basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions
- Liaison between CCNY and accounting firm (Kirisits and Associates)
