Clinical Director responsible for management & monitoring of Preventive Services programs, providing direct supervision to 4 Supervisors.  Assures mission and vision of Agency is fully implemented and operationalized day to day throughout the program areas.  Responsible for grant writing, including identifying, defining and developing funding sources to support existing and planned programs, activities and facility needs.  Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on performance of programs supervised and funded by third party public and private sources.  Minimum requirements include Master's in Social Work/Human Services with three years clinical supervisory experience in agency serving multi-problem children and families and one year grant writing and contract administration; or an unusual combination of education and experience.  Car and clean driver's license required.

Group Assistants: Youth Leadership Development Program has openings for part-time hourly Group Assistants to assist with Youth Empowerment in Leadership (YEL) Groups by aiding the Youth Coordinator and Youth Specialist in providing supervision and supporting youth during YEL meetings and events, supervising youth in areas of programming and activities and must understand and respond to the varied needs of a culturally diverse population.  Awareness and responses to the youth needs and the overall structure and consistency within the group are necessary.  Also responsible to provide transportation (in Agency or personal vehicle) to and from YEL meetings and events.  Minimum qualifications include ability to engage with youth, teach and model skill building and social skills, flexible schedule (must be available during non-traditional hours - evenings and weekends), work effectively as a member of a team, physically active and mobile, previous experience working with children, effective verbal and written communication skills, car and clean driver's license.

INFANT LEAD TEACHER FOR DAY CARE CENTER ($9.00/hour) Full-time position.  Minimum CDA and 1 year training or experience in infant/toddler care.  Knowledgeable in developmentally appropriate practices.  TEACHER AIDES ($7.75) Part-time positions.  High School/GED and 1 year experience with children.  Both of these positions require ability to work as part of a team w/excellent communication & organizational skills. MAT trained a plus.
