CCNY has updated the Care Coordination Program Vendor Service Codes Description Manual. In this newest edition on the Manual there have been changes made to many codes including, 4655 Family Support, 4656 Skillbuilding, 5100 Individual Therapy, 5101 Risk Reduction Therapy, 5110 Family Mental Health Therapy.
