CCNY will be presenting at the Building on Family Strengths: Research and Services in Support of Children and their Families Conference in Portland, Oregon in June. The conference is hosted by the Portland Research and Training Center.

The paper, "We Have Data...Now What?", will describe our blended paradigm approach to evaluation and quality improvement to guide practice, inform training and professional development agendas as well as the basis for local policy decisions and funds allocation. The symposium will describe this continuum of system, program, and client change.

If so, you’ll love working for CCNY. Below is the type of organized, detailed information that you’ll love and will be useful for applying.

Minimum Qualifications: College degree required. Minimum one year experience in administrative support role; strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; computer skills; bilingual preferred.

This position is part time (20-24 hours per week) with benefits.

Duties include:

  • Organize and maintain all vendor contracts (includes timelines and renewals, necessary paperwork and documentation and file maintenance)

  • Responsible for managing/maintaining all office equipment and supplies
    Develop, Manage and maintain all policies and procedures manuals for Community Connections of NY

  • Participate in various vendor recruitment activities as needed

  • Assist in the organization/coordination of vendor recruitment and retention events

  • Assist in the preparation of reports to various stakeholders

  • Basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions

  • Liaison between CCNY and accounting firm (Kirisits and Associates)
